Connecting with everyone she meets and embracing differences.
Before joining TiER1, Abbie served the Winfield Park District in Winfield, Illinois. There she took on many roles and interacted with community members from 18 months old to 95 years young. As a recreation and fitness supervisor, Abbie oversaw the camp and dance programs, fitness classes, special interest classes, and managed the fitness facility. When she moved to Cincinnati, she worked for a start-up coworking space downtown where she was able to use her past experience and apply it to a private business setting.
Abbie’s background is in architecture and public recreation, although she couldn’t be more excited that it somehow led her to TiER1! She remains passionate about preserving architectural history and fascinated by modern structures.
Abbie is very close with her three sisters. They have matching tattoos (designed by Abbie’s twin sister) that integrate all their initials. She also loves spending time goofing around with her husband, David, and their two dogs, Sundae & RJ. (She says, “We are not very serious people!”)
