What She Brings to the Table

Before joining TiER1 in 2013, Courtney worked in the accounting department of a hospitality management company for 10 years. There she learned that creating efficiencies and controls were her specialty. She was also able to organize her first nonprofit event, which helped raise over 50K for homeless children in the Cincinnati area annually. Since joining TiER1 as a financial analyst, she has brought a wealth of experience to our team.

Family Love

Courtney loves spending time with her husband Rob and their two daughters, Kenzie and Kaydence. Courtney’s sister, Carrie, works in HR at TiER1. They sit side by side, which they both love. (We love it, too!)
