What She Brings to the Table
Chiquita likes to describe herself as an educator and life-long learner at heart. She has 15+ years of combined experience in program development and management, project management, and adult learning and development.
Chiquita has helped organizations execute their mission and objectives by uncovering operational challenges and human resource skills gaps. She has had the opportunity to lead the design and implementation of the PM infrastructure for a start-up. In addition, Chiquita has designed new operational processes and learning strategies for organizations within the private and public sectors. She has an Ed.D. in Higher Ed. Leadership and Organizational Policy from the University of Central Florida.

Chiquita is fully committed to new and exciting dining experiences and gelato.
