Her Professional Experience

Through her work across multiple industries, geographies and organizations, Chris has acquired a broad lens and breadth of experiences focused on enabling people to be and perform their best. With her contributions and leadership, she has helped move the needle on the organizational journey to a desired future state, while bringing people along. Her areas of expertise include talent, succession, and performance management, as well as leadership development, change, and cultural initiatives. Chris earned her Master’s in Organizational Psychology and Development.

Family Matters

Chris has an amazing and supportive husband, Bart, and an incredible daughter, Samantha. They love spending time together as a family watching movies (popcorn is a must), going to sporting events (think Brewers, Twins, and Vikings), vacationing anywhere, going on family walks, or just simply being together.

Unlikely Path

As a young adult, Chris achieved a BFA and MFA with an emphasis on drawing and printmaking and spent a portion of her twenties doing and showing her art. Her creativity has followed her throughout her professional career and has contributed to her out-of-the-box solutions.
