What She’s Passionate About
Crystal is passionate about engaging the learner to bring about change through interactivity as well as breaking down concepts into manageable chunks.
Her Professional Experience
Crystal’s background is in education, as a classroom educator, a virtual educator, and a curriculum specialist. She attended Ohio State University in Lima and majored in Education. Later, she pursued a degree in Instructional Design and Technology from East Carolina University. She prides herself in her ability to dive into curriculum and break it down.
Favorite Books and Movies
Crystal is a huge Narnia fan. It is something that she grew up with. She has worn out VHS tapes watching the animated version. She has both the animated as well as the two live action versions of the books and even has an audio theater version of it. The books stir her imagination as well as give her comfort.
Secret Talent
Crystal makes chocolate caramel apples that her friends and family are addicted to. She has also dabbled in making other chocolate treats including bacon chocolate bars as well as gluten free cakes.
Basic Needs
Crystal can’t live without her t-shirt collection that communicates the wide range of fandoms she loves. If you see her on the street, she will probably be advertising one of her fandoms with her t-shirt.
