What She's Passionate About

Carolyn is passionate about leveraging learning to help organizations develop and inspire their employees and leaders through insightful strategy, focusing on behavior change and results-driven metrics, so that they can achieve their potential and retain high engagement to achieve organizational goals.

Her Professional Experience

Carolyn has worked in a variety of organizations (fintech, CBG, healthcare, etc.) within the space of learning and development, leadership, and diversity and inclusion. She is experienced in working within global companies and the opportunities they present. She believes it is critical for organizations to see synergies and capitalize on them.

An Unlikely Path

Carolyn worked for the Betty Brinn Children's Museum, located in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, as an Associate Director of Education. She helped deign and create interactive children's exhibits about Mr. Potato Head, Smokey Bear and Woodsy Owl, Tinker Toys, and more. In addition to designing the exhibits, she created learning curriculums that would accompany the exhibits as they toured other children's museums around the world.

She's Not All Business

Carolyn's "why" is her family. She and her husband have three children and they are their world. Her family is why she brings such passion and integrity to her work.

Fun Fact

Carolyn is a HUGE Marquette men's basketball fan! She loves college basketball, especially when March Madness begins.
