His Approach
Dan enjoys approaching improvement both tactically, by observing, analyzing, and improving business processes, and strategically by finding ways for an organization to uncover and align itself towards achieving its goals.
His Roots
Dan began his career in the U.S. Navy as a Surface Warfare Officer. This time included serving as the Strike Officer responsible for the missile division on the USS Mobile Bay, and the Auxiliaries Officer, responsible for the auxiliary engineering division on the USS McInerney.
What He Brings to the Table
After the Navy, Dan consulted for federal government clients in the areas of change management and business process improvement before joining TiER1. He is fully committed to improving himself every day, whether it’s by learning a new skill or something new at work.
