David has 20 years of experience as a change strategist supporting the Fortune 500 in business verticals from healthcare and e-commerce to automotive and the financial sector. David also has significant IT management experience and led organizations toward increased product innovation through resilient people-centered operations which out-pace and out-purpose the competition.

Values in Action

In most any interaction, we have a clear choice. We can push to be right, or we can be kind. We can insist that things go our way, or we can be generous. When we demand that circumstances align with our preferences, we’re often disappointed. (When will we learn that the world doesn’t revolve around us?) However, when we approach our work, our community, our family with open heartedness—and thus a flexibility toward the result—then happiness unfolds. Joy (and success) is a product of generosity, but quickly vanishes when the ego arrives.

Community Partnership

David volunteers for his local Hospice organization. There is no more potent perspective than holding the hand of a terminal patient--and sharing that silence. Along with his daughter (who is a veterinary technician), David and Cady also foster the strays among us--who are dogs. Cats need not apply.

Fun Facts

David loves the performing arts and works to bring this creativity into his consulting. He's also a board member for his town's community theater--so you might find him emoting in a Shakespeare play, or even practicing his stand-up routine (warning: he's NOT funny yet).
