Holly has a passion for driving initiatives that help others do their best work. She loves planning and executing campaigns that bring people together and strengthen relationships.

Her Street Cred

Holly earned her BS in Economics and Finance at Centre College. Right after college, Holly began working as a Marketing Coordinator for Bottom-Line Performance, a learning solutions company that was acquired by TiER1 in 2019. At BLP, Holly gained experience planning events, coordinating trade show logistics, managing various marketing campaigns, providing sales support, and more. She is detailed, organized, and your “go-to-gal” when it comes to keeping projects on track and on time.

She’s Not All Business

To Holly, family is everything. She and her husband, Daniel, love spoiling their fur-babies: Bailey, a miniature golden-doodle, and Ruthie, an all-black cat. Holly also can’t live without leggings, ice cream, and HGTV.

How She Makes a Difference

Holly and Bailey are a certified therapy dog team through Paws & Think, an organization in Indianapolis whose vision is to create a community where “every person who would benefit from a dog has the opportunity, and every dog fulfills its potential.” Bailey and Holly visit different organizations a few times a month to provide comfort and support to adults and children in need.

Holly’s favorite quote comes from Gretchen Rubin’s book The Happiness Project: “One of the best ways to make yourself happy is to make other people happy; one of the best ways to make other people happy is to be happy yourself.”
