She finds it deeply rewarding to work alongside them as they articulate their vision and business strategy and then lead change with a values-based leadership approach.

Jen has 20 years of experience working across commercial, healthcare, government and non-profit sectors as a strategy and organization development consultant. Jen holds a Master's degree in organization development and change. Jen has expertise in organizational strategy and organizational culture with C-suite leaders and Boards of Directors.

Jen is best when facilitating strategic decisions amongst a group of leaders and helping them build a plan for the future. Or reading the latest rhyming book to her toddlers before bedtime.
