Professional Experience
Jon is a training and performance improvement professional with nearly 20 years of experience designing and developing educational training programs for a diverse range of industries, disciplines, and delivery platforms. He has a strong background in instructional design, multimedia development, audio and video production, graphic design, communications, and marketing.
His Street Cred
Jon’s training material designs have been recognized by Brandon Hall Group Excellence Awards, the Pittsburgh Human Resources Association (PHRA), and the Pittsburgh CREATE Award for 2016 Best Communication Project.
Fun Fact
Jon tries to do all of his own home improvement jobs.
Family Love
Jon has a wife, Trudy; three children, Jacob, Samuel, and Sophia; and a dog, Stan. He volunteers as a coach, serves on the boosters, and supports his community as a board member for the Butler Shade Tree Commission.
