Jolene is passionate about designing solutions that help people and their organizations perform their best, while feeling engaged and part of a bigger "Why." Jolene loves digging beyond the surface to discover root causes to problems in order to design solutions that work.

What She Brings to the Table

Jolene is a change and learning strategist with over 25 years of experience helping organizations solve problems related to work performance. She has helped design and evaluate solutions that include learning strategies and programs, change strategies, performance support, and skill and competency modeling. With a passion for human-centered design and design thinking, Jolene has helped organizations improve learning and change experiences, interfaces, workspaces, and work processes.

Her Potential Fully Realized

Jolene is at her best when she is helping individuals, teams, and organizations work through their challenges to achieve their potential and their goals.

She’s Not All Business

Jolene loves spending time outdoors, especially with her friends and family. One of her most adventurous endeavors was to backpack the Mt Hood Timberline Trail, which was literally a 5-day jungle-gym activity for adults--complete with tree climbing and river fording.

Family Matters

Jolene's all-time favorite thing to do is spend time with her family--her partner, Jon, their 6 adult children, and their German Shorthaired Pointer, Frieda.
