Her Professional Experience
Before joining TiER1, Karrin was the first employee of a small learning design company. Over the years, Karrin has contributed to projects of all shapes and sizes in roles ranging from copy writer, instructional designer, content developer, (occasional) facilitator, and of course, project leader/manager.

Karrin is a Coach and SoleMate for the Cincinnati area chapter of Girls on the Run.
