Kerry has 20 years of experience designing and developing learning solutions that include eLearning programs, instructor-led training, system and process documentation, and performance support. She is directly responsible for optimizing the value of learning solution projects at TiER1 in how they activate strategy through people. Kerry provides direct oversight and mentorship to TiER1’s learning consultants and instructional designers.
