What She Brings to the Table

Kelly's professional experience includes working in corporate positions such as, Organizational Development Consultant, HR Consultant, HRIS Senior Business Analyst as well as in SaaS organizations and Service Delivery roles, such as International Relationship Manager and Client Transformation Partner. She has worked with systems implementations, change management, and organizational development both domestically and globally. In addition to her experience, Kelly's empathy and strategic mindset makes her a client advocate and a trusted advisor.

Kelly has been recognized for using the following skills in her projects and interactions: Consulting, Client Advocacy, Active Listening, and Empathy. Kelly holds a Master's degree in Organizational Development and Leadership from Fielding Graduate School and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology. Kelly is a certified Comprehensive Evidence-Based Coach.

Family Matters

Kelly lives with her husband, two children, two cats, and one fish. They call themselves "We Ville" and even had made a We Ville sign for their family room. They enjoy hiking, kayaking, traveling, or simply doing "family movie nights" together.

Fun Facts

Although Kelly has lived in the US for almost two decades, she is originally from Brazil and speaks Portuguese and Spanish in addition to English.

Kelly has received training in Reiki, Qigong, and she enjoys different healing arts as part of her self-care and spiritual growth. Therefore, Kelly can't live without nature, sunshine, and bodies of water! That's how she recharges and recenter.
