Kayla is a creative professional with a background in interior design, elementary education, and social work. Her prior experience and passion for promoting lifelong learning led her to the M.S. Ed. program in Instructional Systems Technology at Indiana University. Kayla recently graduated and is excited to take on the role of an Instructional Designer at TiER1.

In her personal life, Kayla is passionate about lifting weights. Kayla's CrossFit community is a huge part of her life. She is looking forward to training for an intermediate athlete competition in the near future.
