What She’s Passionate About
Designing information in a way that is engaging and helps learners retain information.
Professional Experience
Kassie is a former techy who spent more than six years facilitating technical training. She realized there was a need for customized training when off-the-shelf courses weren’t meeting the needs of clients. This was her first introduction to instructional design and she’s had a passion ever since.
She’s Not All Business
Kassie and her husband have two daughters, a son, and dog, Elsa (this was her rescue name and the kids made them keep it).
How She’ll Surprise You
Kassie is a Girl Scout leader for both of her daughters’ troops and a Cub Scout leader for her son. Prior to having children, Kassie and her husband backpacked in two separate instances through parts of Europe, Asia, and Africa.
