Kari is passionate about designing and managing programs and experiences that bring leaders to the next level in their professional and personal development journey.
What She Brings to the Table
Kari spent the early part of her career doing a broad range of student development work within higher education including academic advising and guidance counseling, global education, and residence life. She has since shifted her focus to leadership development and enjoys creating and managing learning experiences for professionals at all stages of their careers.
Family Matters
Kari is surrounded by boys! She and her husband share two sons, Rowan and Pierce, and two Bernedoodles, Tanner and Teddy.
Basic Needs
Kari can’t live without the peacefulness of early mornings. She loves to rise before the sun, get in a good workout, and walk the dogs on the beautiful trails around her neighborhood.
Fun Fact
Kari and her husband met in New York City and had a 3-year honeymoon in India; both of their kids were born there!
