Professional Experience
Karen has an undergraduate degree in media communications and a masters degree in curriculum design. She was worked at a major consulting firm as a learning designer and project manager allowing some unique opportunities to travel internationally. After working as an independent consultant for a few years she joined the TiER1 learning team before switching to an internal OD role.
How She Makes a Difference
Karen helps build strategic relationships to find areas of alignment as a consultant, employee or friend of TiER1. Karen is also our campus lead who works alongside our team to understand the offerings at key universities, to engage students who are skilled and passionate about our work and who represent various dimensions of diversity.
