Kenda is passionate about connecting with people, building relationships, coaching, and supporting the growth of her clients and the people around her.

What She Brings to the Table

Prior to working at TiER1, Kenda worked as a change management consultant with Accenture through an acquisition of Workforce Insight (WFI). Kenda was onboarded with WFI through an academy where she worked as a technical consultant configuring workforce management software. Kenda hated it! So, she jumped the track and went over to the people side of things when she learned about the OCM practice, and it was a fit.

She’s Not All Business

Kenda taught herself how to be a metalsmith. She loves designing, sawing, soldering, sanding, and polishing. Working with her hands on something from start to finish using natural elements is so rewarding, especially knowing the pieces are heirlooms that can be passed down from generation to generation.

Community Partnership

Kenda has partnered with South Coastal Counties Legal Services to advocate and bring awareness to state legislature regarding the need for financial assistance through grants to help families who have fallen victim to domestic violence, financial, mental and emotional abuse escape their abusers.
