Energized by human excellence, Logan is dedicated to supporting organizational effectiveness, development, and change to unlock the full potential of every individual.
Logan recently graduated with a master’s degree in leadership and organizational performance from Vanderbilt University. While TiER1 marks his first full-time role, he’s amassed an array of experiences before landing in consulting, including engagements in higher education, government, sales operations, marketing, retail, teaching, music performance, and longitudinal research.
Logan grew up in the forest-covered dirt roads of northern Vermont. While some chose to hunt and others tapped maple trees, Logan sang. His love for music led him to Ithaca College’s School of Music, Theatre, and Dance, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in Voice and Vocal Music Education. There, he strengthened his vocal artistry and discovered a new voice for organizational leadership through his participation in various institutional boards. Logan continues to perform avidly and says that as a consultant, he leverages what he learned in conservatory more than anything else. He is committed to exemplifying that the multifaceted nature of people can be lived out in their careers, too.
Logan’s favorite show of all time is The Queen’s Gambit , but don’t let this fool you—he doesn’t know the first thing about chess. He says it’s one of the few activities he's interested in but has yet to try, so he's saving it for when the time is right.
Logan can't live without Cheese Pizza (with ranch), shopping (all kinds), travel (frequently), and lattes (iced caramel)—in that order. He’s his happiest self when all four are simultaneously at play.
