Leisa is passionate about life-long learning, building and maintaining relationships, having fun, and leaving things better than she found them.
What She Brings to the Table
Leisa has 30 years of in-depth L&D experience in a wide variety of areas. They include: operations, lean methodology, eLearning design and development, leadership development, learning evaluation, facilitation, L&D associate development, professional accreditation prep and maintenance, and competency development. Industries Leisa’s familiar with include banking, insurance, investments, pharmaceutical, call centers, fitness, health and wellness, retail, restaurants, and manufacturing.
She’s Not All Business
Outside of work, Leisa loves facilitating Junior Achievement Classes and other learning exercises within schools. When she’s relaxing, she loves going on vacation with her husband, Gary, and her children (Alex, Megan, and Katie), or curling up with a good movie and her two dogs, Louie and Molly.
