What She’s Passionate About

Nicole is passionate about designing experiences that create actual behavior change. She equally loves the creative process to dream up solutions with others AND the execution process to activate strategies and solutions. She enjoys learning how others think and co-creating with others. ​

What She Brings to the Table

Nicole has 14 years of experience collaborating on the executive leadership team at a non-profit-organization providing virtual and in-person business advising, executive leadership development, training, and coaching. During that time, she oversaw critical marketing, service development, and product management functions; and developed custom solutions that supported client accounts with up to $100 million in sales. Also, during that time, Nicole designed and redesigned the nationally known organizational development system, the DOC model (Direction, Operation, and Control), used by over 2,000+ businesses and 7,500 executives each year. ​

Community Partnership

Nicole is a national officer for Zeta Tau Alpha, volunteering her time to help collegiate women realize their potential. Given her years of service she was awarded the Honor Ring in 2022, which is the highest honor given in the fraternity. ​

Family Matters

Bernard is Nicole’s copartner in business and in life. They started a business two years before they married. Nicole and Bernard have a daughter, Sloane, and two fur babies, Gray and Lola. ​
