His Professional Experience
Ruben got his Bachelor of Computer Science and Administration from the Monterrey Institute of Technology and started his career in IT support. The last 25 years have been focused on Talent Management and Talent Acquisition technology in different roles as Application Developer, Implementation Consultant, Manager for Application Customer Support, and Principal.
Where the Heart Is
Ruben has two kids. He has a daughter named Sofia who plays baritone and euphonium at her high school Marching band and a son named Alan who plays clarinet at his middle school band. He has a full house with two rescued dogs and two cats.
