What She’s Passionate About

Rebecca is passionate about facilitating human connection and empowering people and organizations to do their best work.

What She Brings to the Table

Rebecca worked in the financial services, book publishing, and healthcare industries in Memphis, Nashville, and New York City prior to earning a M.Ed. in Leadership and Organizational Performance from Vanderbilt University, where she studied organizational theory, leadership development, talent management, strategy and analytics, executive coaching, and more. Rebecca’s graduate thesis was about applying principles of storytelling and design thinking to the employee experience. She has demonstrated experience in strategic communications, change management, visual storytelling, omni channel marketing, copywriting, and editing.

Basic Needs

Rebecca can\'t live without her Libby app to listen to her latest audiobook obsession. Also, she does not go on trips without an emotional support water bottle and a jar of peanut butter. She can talk at length about what she\'s listening to or what brand of peanut butter she likes, so ask at your own risk.

Unlikely Path

Rebecca’s most favorite and unlikely job was being a photographer at a summer camp in Asheville, NC during college. It was an all-boys\' camp - something Rebecca didn\'t know until she arrived there the first summer!

She’s Not All Business

Outside of work, you can find Rebecca taking a community art class, crushing opponents on the pickleball court, or reading at home with a glass of wine and her cuddly pup, Ginger.
