Rafe loves helping others reach their full potential and achieve their goals and objectives.
After graduating from college, Rafe began his career coaching youth lacrosse in the UK - Manchester specifically. A year later he returned to the U.S. and his alma mater, Hobart College, to work in admissions helping prospective families navigate the complexities and nuances of the college process. After a brief stopover in the Hudson Valley (NY), and continued work in admissions at a small independent school, Rafe landed in Boston. Since arriving to the Greater Boston area, Rafe has partnered closely with clients in technology, retail, banking & financial services, manufacturing, and other industries, helping them address their most pressing strategic priorities, including sales, sales leadership, and change management effectiveness. Rafe currently sits on the Board of the Great Boston Chapter of the Association for Talent Development (ATD) and the Hobart College Statesmen Athletic Association (SAA) Board.
Rafe is at his best when he can jump in, help others, be part of a team, and throw his whole self into his work. His secret talent is making great Italian meatballs. He’s happy to share his recipe.
When Rafe is not building business relationships, you can find him hiking the White Mountains of New Hampshire, skiing in Vermont, or cycling in his hometown of Grafton, MA. Rafe also enjoys riding his adventure motorcycle on local fire roads and single-track and is an avid Buffalo Bills fan.
A behavior instilled in Rafe early on as a young athlete was the importance of being punctual. After showing up late to lacrosse practice, Rafe's coach shared a compelling message: "to be early is to be on time, to be on time is to be late, and if you're late, don't bother showing up." A little harsh, yet effective. This message has stuck with Rafe ever since and shows up in the high standards Rafe's hold himself to.
Rafe is supported by incredibly strong friendships, a loving family, and a fun, creative, and supportive wife, Serena.
