Stan is passionate about bringing people together, fostering collaboration, and supporting individuals and organizations through change in a way that maximizes experience and performance.

What He Brings to the Table

After spending the first 10+ years of his career in experiential education helping students/clients build skills and leadership through impactful experiential learning, Stan completed his Master's in Learning and Organizational Change through Northwestern University. Practicing what he preaches, Stan's wealth of experiences in the world of education informs how he approaches his projects and clients every day; leading with empathy, connection, curiosity, and a desire to support people through challenges, big and small.

Family Matters

Stan is close to his entire family, both immediate and extended. His parents, sister, and brother-in-law all live in California. He lives with his partner Rebecca and is also close with her family.

Community Partnership

Stan is dedicated to bringing all people, young and old, closer to outdoor and intercultural experiences that help them grow. He sits on the board of Exploring New Horizons, an outdoor education program based in California that is dedicated to helping elementary school students build a strong connection with the natural world.

As a passionate traveler, Stan has visited over 40 countries across five continents including a collective four years living abroad. Stan’s love of diving into and learning from cultures that are different from his own has helped shape him into the globally minded and inclusive professional he is today.
