What She Brings to the Table

Sherra has spent most of her career in the performance improvement and engagement fields in a variety of roles, including solution development, client services, and leadership. Sherra’s experience working with clients across the life sciences and health care industries gives her an ability to connect the dots in unique ways. Her biggest motivator is teamwork and collaborating with teams to create the very best outcomes. Sherra has a deep appreciation of the creative process, a belief in behavioral science, and a focus on results and continuous improvement.

Basic Needs

As a nerdy notetaker, Sherra can’t live without notebooks. She believes in the power of a new notebook and the possibility it represents.

Community Partnership

Sherra is an election judge, and she loves that it is entirely procedural, and has no ambiguity- exactly the opposite of her career role.

Family Matters

Sherra’s family includes Rich, her husband of 31 years— who is from the UK—and sons Rob and Joey, who were adopted from South Korea. This truly global family resides in Minnesota with their barky golden retriever, Penny.

Her Potential Fully Realized

Sherra learned as an adult to embrace a growth mindset through the help of improv, yoga, and learning to do things imperfectly with great joy.
