What She Brings to the Table
Right out of school Stephanie worked at an advertising agency where she learned a lot about the design industry. After joining TiER1 as a graphic designer, she found she shifted her way of thinking and approach to design: “But still, the result is always the same and you want to make an impact on your audience. You may be teaching them something, but you never stop learning about yourself” shares Stephanie.
An Unlikely Path
Stephanie worked at a doctor’s office through high school because her parents were hoping she would end up in the medical field.
