Scott is passionate about finding and identifying qualified opportunities for all.
Scott graduated from Ohio University in 1995 and he’s been "carrying a sales bag" and trying to make "quota" ever since. Scott spent more than a decade at ADP managing a team and peddling payroll processing to small businesses. He was later promoted to National Accounts and began slinging' benefits administration to enterprise employers. After more than a decade at ADP, he transitioned to Interactive Health and began hawking onsite biometric screenings to employers in Ohio, Kentucky, and Indiana. After COVID and Interactive Health’s closure, Scott jumped to WellRight where he persuaded large employers to utilize WellRight's wellness platform to track and reward ongoing healthy activities for their employees.
Scott volunteers and coaches many of his children's sports teams that range from soccer, volleyball, baseball, basketball, and more. Scott doesn’t really know much about any of them, but he thoroughly enjoys being a part of their lives and helping others.
Prior to having kids, Scott traveled to different major league baseball ballparks, and he has been to more than 40 stadiums. The only city he has not watched a game in is Washington DC.
To earn money in college, Scott sold his blood (plasma) twice a week, every week...for four years!
Scott enjoys attending Cincinnati sporting events including the Reds, Bengals, UC football, Xavier basketball, and his beloved Elder Panthers.
