Terri is passionate about helping others find meaning in their lives, especially in their work.

Her Professional Experience

Though Terri's worked in a few different industries, what she's found everywhere is that she's wanted the work to be meaningful and the time to be well spent. For her, that has often included leaving things better than she found them through process improvement. Terri's professional "growth spurts" have come where she's failed the worst!

Family Matters

Terri met her husband, Brian, in high school, and they dated for a decade before marrying. Building and operating a company together was difficult and a learning experience - and she's happy it's in the past! Brian is her favorite person.
Terri's also close with her parents, Stewart and Filippa.

The idea that we're developed by our daily task is something we might not realize until our work has demoralized us! When Terri first read this and understood how true it was, she changed her outlook on work completely.

Fun Fact

Terri loves to tap dance and has a portable tap floor in her kitchen for when the mood suddenly strikes. She loves dancing during chores, at the end of a long day, and in general because it's fun!
