What She Brings to the Table

With over 8 years in program management, instructional design, and facilitation, Tessa is able to design unique experiences that help leaders strengthen their connections and achieve their goals. Over the past few years, Tessa has grown her impact through extensive culture measurement and change work with a specialization in the areas of diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging helping teams build the type of community that will allow everyone involved to thrive and unleash their full potential.

Community Partnership

Tessa is a lifelong sorority woman and international officer for Pi Beta Phi Fraternity. Tessa serves as an inclusion specialist where she advises collegians across the Midwest and Canada on how to create a welcoming, safe, and thriving community.

Basic Needs

Tessa can't live without the snuggles and chit-chat of her two tuxedo cats, Buck and Barry. Her husband is pretty cool too.

She’s Not All Business

Back in 2018, Tessa did a live stand-up comedy set where her colleagues and friends came out to cheer her on. Luckily, Tessa got more than a few laughs from the crowd.
