HOW ITWORKS

We tailor an experience consisting of two consecutive half days at the Performance Institute in Cincinnati. Supported by our team of experts, your leadership team connects offsite, gains new insights, and returns to work ready to lead.

A Breakthrough Experience includes four steps: 

  1. Frame: We meet with your team to set expectations and gain clarity on your aspirations and challenges.
  2. Insight: The first half-day focuses on expert perspectives and collaborative dialogue on the state of the industry to realize new opportunities for impact.
  3. Align: Debrief the day, connect, and recharge over dinner at the nationally renowned Hotel Covington.
  4. Action: Day two moves the team toward action by identifying and prioritizing opportunities and developing a blueprint for transformation.
