An effective community builder in both his personal and professional life, Greg brings an empathic mindset to solve problems, build communities, create content, and craft experiences. He truly lives out the maxim that the more you understand a person’s whole story, the more you can help.

Gina Carl’s career has focused on managing, developing, and overseeing programs and projects for educational nonprofits. With a knack for meeting people where they are to create open and authentic space for connection, Gina leads empathic conversations across diverse groups at TiER1.

Debbie Curl-Nagy is a process improvement expert with experience in coaching, leading, and facilitating projects and enterprise deployment of improvement initiatives. She has designed and delivered customized programs in leadership development, effective decision-making, and workplace civility. In her work developing TiER1’s approach to empathic listening, she draws on her background in social work and psychology.
