White Ally Toolkit
The White Ally Toolkit is a Dialogue Company initiative founded by Dr. David Wiley Campt. The goal is to unite white anti-racism allies to combat racism in the US using the R.A.C.E Method—an approach centered on listening, storytelling, compassion, and ongoing dialogue—to facilitate non-violent, effective communication when talking about racism and the obligation white people have to dismantle it.
