I recently joined TiER1 Performance to be part of the ongoing expansion in Minneapolis-St. Paul. We are up and running, and we’re hiring. OUR MISSION IS BOLD.

TiER1 is a “strategy activation” company. Strategy is activated through people. Organizations regularly invest significant amounts of time and money in forming strategy. The gap between strategy development and execution is moving people into action. This is where TiER1 can help. We improve organizations through the performance of people to build a better world. That effort started with TiER1 and its co-founders, who were inspired to create a place where people can do their best work…by helping other organizations do the same. We’re a role-based, agile organization—which keeps us fluid and client-focused. We’re mission and purpose driven. It’s not our modern workspaces or remote-friendly policies. It’s not our internal transparency, our focus on diversity and inclusion, our commitment to mental health conversations, or our affinity for wearing TiER1 swag (so nerdy, but we can’t help ourselves). It’s not even our CEO, who has posted that love belongs at work. Clearly, though, these are some awesome nice-to-haves! That unique “something” about TiER1 comes from a deeper truth. Our clients, all 350+ of them, are at the center of everything we do. While we are geographically distributed and our work is virtually enabled, we recognize the importance of having a strong presence where our clients are to foster those relationships and embed ourselves within the broader community.
