That effort started with TiER1 and its co-founders, who were inspired to create a place where people can do their best work…by helping other organizations do the same. It’s not our modern workspaces or remote-friendly policies. It’s not our internal transparency, our focus on diversity and inclusion, our commitment to mental health conversations, or our affinity for wearing TiER1 swag (so nerdy, but we can’t help ourselves). It’s not even our CEO, who has posted that love belongs at work. Clearly, though, these are some awesome nice-to-haves! That unique “something” about TiER1 comes from a deeper truth. We are a group of high-performers mobilized by a common passion: to help organizations—and their people—thrive.
