Will Thalheimer, PhD is joining TiER1 Performance as a Principal Learning Strategist and Researcher. Will is renowned for his advocacy for research-based learning design, his learning-evaluation innovations, and his work with world-class organizations through his consulting practice, Work-Learning Research, Inc.
Will brings over 25 years of experience helping clients build effective learning and performance solutions, navigate learning-evaluation strategy, design targeted learner surveys, and make effective presentations.
