Far too often, onboarding programs become complex HR processes that get lost in the details of compliance, technology, and the tools that bring it to life, leaving little room to think about the new-hire experience. While designing, building, and delivering onboarding assets is an important part of any onboarding program, onboarding is only truly successful if it creates authentic, meaningful, and impactful moments for new hires that allow them to fully invest in their new role and company. With experience in global talent management, learning, and organizational development, he is passionate about combining experience design and empathy to improve people’s performance.
