ELEVATE YOUR TEAM’S POTENTIAL WITH PERFORMANCE EXPERIENCE DESIGN
Make small changes to how you work to design experiences that deliver results.
WORKSHOP OVERVIEW
Participants: 6-16
Time Investment: 5 hours (4 in session)
Cost: $6,000
Traditional approaches to training, instructional design, and talent help us bring consistency to our work, and align teams as we add capacity. But they often lack the depth and nuance to be effective in an evolving world. Our approach, called Performance Experience Design (PXD), takes a holistic lens to the performance of individuals. It incorporates the latest in the performance sciences, delivering small ways to have a big impact. Are you ready to enhance your current working processes (ADDIE, ADKAR, etc.) with cutting-edge tools in learning and development? Discover how to improve key moments in your development process through nimble, research-driven practices that will have a large impact.

WHAT PARTICIPANTS ARE SAYING
I like how there are real world applications for concepts. Learning the concepts and doing the activities was fun and engaging–and fit the virtual setting.
The supplemental resources make me feel more confident that I can apply the concepts covered.
Facilitators were very knowledgeable about PXD and learning. I could listen to them all day!
ADDITIONAL RESOURCES
- Consider the evolution of learning and development in this brief essay on the history of the L&D field.
- Think holistically about the problems you’re solving with our Performance Canvas.
