We’re excited to announce that IANSITI Performance Group, Inc., a leading learning, strategy, and change implementation company based in Atlanta, is joining the TiER1 team. By joining forces, TiER1 will be able to offer our clients an even stronger breadth of custom solutions to help unleash the potential of their people.

After being named to the Inc. 5000 List of America’s Fastest-Growing Companies for the eleventh consecutive year, we’re continuing to expand our core offerings and the geographic markets we serve in 2018. (That’s because organizations everywhere are interested in helping their people do their best work.)
Much of our growth has occurred through expanding services, including solutions in strategic change, culture, and leadership. IANSITI’s core learning, strategy, and change implementation capabilities will broaden our existing services in these areas. Plus, IANSITI’s deep client relationships in Atlanta will help broaden our geographic presence in Atlanta.
IANSITI is led by its founder, Christopher Iansiti, who has more than 24 years of experience serving in both internal and external consulting roles in large organizations. Christopher is joining the TiER1 office in Atlanta as development director.
